A brief narrative background on the Uptime Institute and its Research Symposium Founded in 1993 by its principal Kenneth G. Brill and headquartered in Santa Fe, NM. The Uptime Institute is a globally trusted, authority on mission-critical data center facilities design and engineering for uptime, or computing availability, reliability operational sustainability and energy efficiency.
